(1) Production Manager and Supervisor
Salary
CAD $80,000 – $110,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate daily production operations.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and on time.
- Allocate labour, equipment, and production resources.
- Maintain production quality standards and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate production activities with engineering and quality teams.
- Prepare production reports and operational documentation.

Qualifications
