(1) Production Manager and Supervisor
Salary

CAD $80,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate daily production operations.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and on time.
  • Allocate labour, equipment, and production resources.
  • Maintain production quality standards and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate production activities with engineering and quality teams.
  • Prepare production reports and operational documentation.
